Laporan ini merupakan rangkuman kegiatan praktek residensi spesialis keperawatan maternitas selama satu tahun untuk menerapkan peran dan fungsi perawat maternitas dengan mengambil contoh penerapan teori model keperawatan Conservation Levine's pada ibu post partum paska perdarahan. Penerapan teori Levine pada kelima kasus dilaporkan menurut kemampuan adaptasi klien terhadap konservasi energi, konservasi integritas struktural, konservasi integritas personal dan konservasi integritas sosial. Kekuatan teori Levine pada kasus post partum paska perdarahan adalah pengkajian sudah terfokus pada setiap konservasi sedangkan kelemahan teori Levine tidak ada pengkajian psikologis ibu akibat keterpisahan ibu dan bayinya. Disamping itu dilaporkan kegiatan pencapaian kompetensi perawat spesialis maternitas sebagai pemberi asuhan, konselor, pendidik, advokat, kolaborator, peneliti dan change agent serta inovasi yang dilakukan di lahan praktek.

This report is a summary report of the activities that have been done during clinical practice of maternity nurse specialist. The focus of interest in clinical practice have focused by application of Levine's theory in nursing care of the post partum hemorrhage cases. The theory of Levine's focused in adaptability through to the conservation of energy, structural integrity, personal integrity and social integrity. The strength of Levine's theory in the case is assessment have focused in each of conservation and the weakness is no assessment of maternal psychological separation the mother and her baby. Besides the activities reported achieving competence as a nurse specialist maternity, counselor, educator, advocate, collaborator, researcher and change agent and the innovation that have done in clinical practice.
