Dari hasil pengujian dan simulasi yang diasumsikan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa 1 watt lampu LED akan setara dengan 1,36 watt lampu hemat energi 1,09 lampu hemat energi bentuk tornado, dan 12,19 watt lampu pijar sehingga memungkinkan peluang penghematan engergi listrik dari pemakaian lampu LED. Untuk saat ini memang biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pemakaian LED lebih mahal daripada jenis lampu hemat energi yang sudah ada dimana setelah pemakaian 5 tahun lampu LED akan lebih mahal Rp 110.058,00 dari lampu hemat energi biasa dan lebih mahal Rp 211.866,00 dari lampu hemat energi bentuk tornado.
