ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas kesesuaian keputusan sekretaris DPRD Propinsi DKI Jakarta No.28
Tahun 2007 tentang peresmian Pemberhentian Tenaga Ahli DPRD Propinsi DKI Jakarta
dengan Asas-asas Umum Pemerintahan yang baik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif
dengan desain deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa Sekretaris DPRD Propinsi
DKI Jakarta agar membuat Surat Keputusan Peresmian Pemberhentian Tenaga ahli
secepatnya yang disesuaikan dengan berakhirnya jangka waktu masa jabatan Tenaga ahli ;
Sekretaris DPRD Propinsi DKI Jakarta agar jeli memeiksa data administratif tentang masa
dinas tenaga ahli; Tenaga ahli DPRD Propinsi DKI Jakarta agar sesegera mungkin menjelang
masa jabatannya berakhir untuk mengajukan surat yang meminta kejelasan atau kepastian
tentang statusnya sebagai tenaga Ahli pada tahun anggaran berikutnya.
ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is Decision of Regional Assembly Secretary of The Province of the
Capital City of Jakarta Number 28 in the Year of 2007. The purpose of the study is to
understand the consistency of The Decision of Regional Assembly Secretary of The Province
of The Capital City of Jakarta Number 28 in the Year of 2007 and the principles of good
governance. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The data were collected by
means of secondary data. The research suggest that Regional Assembly Secretary of the
province of The Capital City of Jakarta to make new decision concerning resignation of
expert; Regional Assembly Secretary of the Province of the Capital City of Jakarta has check
the administrative data concerning the period job of the expert; the expert should send letter
concerning whether his job period will end or will continue to the following year.
