Penelitian ini membahas model kerangka kerja supply chain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat model kerangka kerja untuk mengetahui factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Supply Chain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). Hasil penelitian yang berupa variable-variabel, merupakan faktor utama dalam terwujudnya sebuah sistem supply chain yang efektif dan efisien guna mencapai tingkat kepuasan dan pelayanan terhadap konsumen.

This research is focusing on the model of framework supply chain. The study is aimed to make a model of framework it`s influence of system supply chain. The method used here is the Interpretive Structural Modeling. The result shows that the variables from the model of framework supply chain to get effective and effisien of system supply chain.
